What EvolveWriter stores
Your account (email, display name, a hashed password), your articles (including the interview answers, outlines, drafts and review notes attached to them), the personas you define, generated read-aloud audio, and a log of the background work the app ran for you (drafts, reviews, audio generation). All of it belongs to your account and is visible only to you; access control is enforced in the database itself.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (eu-west-1). Audio files live in private storage reachable only through your signed-in session.
Who processes your text
When you generate an outline or draft, run reviewers, or action accepted notes, the relevant article text and your interview answers are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to produce the result. When you use read-aloud, the article text is sent to Deepgram to synthesize audio. Neither is used by us for anything except producing the output you asked for.
We email you to confirm your address and to reset your password. Nothing else: no marketing, no digests.
Cookies and tracking
EvolveWriter sets only the session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account removes your account and everything attached to it: articles, personas, notes, audio and job history. The deletion is immediate and there is no undo.
